Cushion Pads — UK Manufactured, All Sizes
Flat cushions are one of those things that creep up on you. The covers still look fine. The sofa still looks presentable. But the pads inside have gone flat and soft, and the whole room starts to look tired without anyone quite knowing why.
Replacing the pads — not the covers — fixes it immediately. And if you are furnishing rooms from scratch, whether for a home, a rental property, a salon, or a hotel, starting with the right pad means covers sit properly, stay full, and hold their shape through regular use.
These cushion pads are manufactured in-house in the UK — not imported, not outsourced. Made by us, from materials we choose, to a standard we control. No minimum order if you need a few. Call 01204 896528 for a custom quote if you need a lot.
Our pads are manufactured with virgin conjugate hollowfibre fill — a bounce-back fibre that maintains its shape through daily commercial use. See how to choose the right cover and pad combination for your commercial setting.
What Makes These Pads Different
The outer is made from Corovin — a breathable, non-woven fabric that holds its structure under regular use without breaking down or pilling. It is not the same as a cheap woven outer that goes limp after a few months. Corovin keeps the pad's shape clean and the cover sitting correctly on top of it.
Inside is virgin conjugate hollowfibre. The word "virgin" here means it has not been recycled or reprocessed — it is new fibre, which matters for how it performs. Conjugate hollowfibre is the type that springs back into shape after compression. Sit on a cushion, stand up, and the pad bounces back to full. That is the difference between a pad that still looks good after a year and one that goes flat after a few weeks.

Who Buys These Pads
Interior designers and property stylists are regular buyers — particularly for furnished rental properties and show homes where cushions need to look full and well-kept over time, not just on the day of photography.
Airbnb hosts and serviced accommodation operators order in batches when refreshing properties between seasons. Hotels and boutique B&Bs use them for bedroom cushions and lounge areas where appearance matters but replacements need to be cost-effective.
Retailers and home décor shops also order wholesale to stock alongside their cushion cover ranges — the no minimum order makes it straightforward to trial before committing to larger quantities.

FAQs
What is Corovin and why does it matter?
Corovin is a breathable, non-woven fabric used for the outer casing of the pad. It is more durable than a standard woven outer — it does not pill, does not break down under regular use, and holds the pad's shape better over time.
What does bounce back hollowfibre mean?
Conjugate hollowfibre is a type of filling that springs back into shape after being compressed. Unlike cheaper fillings that pack down and stay flat, bounce back hollowfibre returns to full volume after use — keeping cushions looking neat rather than tired.
Are these pads suitable for use in hotels and rental properties?
Yes. The combination of durable Corovin outer and bounce back filling makes them well suited to settings where cushions are used regularly and need to maintain their appearance over time without constant replacement.
What is the difference between the standard hollowfibre pads and the Premium Cotton Cover pads?
The standard range uses a Corovin non-woven outer. The Premium Cotton Cover pads use a 100% cotton outer — softer to the touch and suited to settings where the pad is visible or handled directly. Both use the same virgin conjugate hollowfibre filling.
Can I order in bulk for a hotel or large property project?
Yes. There is no minimum order, so you can start with a small trial order. For larger quantities, call 01204 896528 and we will put together a custom quote based on your requirements.
