Shipping & Returns


We are sure that you will be very happy with your purchase, but however if this is not the case, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your returns are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

If you wish to return any unwanted items you must do this within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. We strongly advise you to use a method that can be tracked. Please email us with the relevant details, your name, order number, goods you are returning, reason you are returning them and whether you want a replacement item or refund.

  • Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

Faulty / Damaged Goods :

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt on our email address given below. Depending on the item and the damage, we may arrange collection of the faulty or damaged goods or we may require you to send us a photo on

Incorrect Goods:

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvets & pillows once they have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty.

Order Cancellation:

You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning orders. You must inform us in writing via e-mail

We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation email will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.


In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
