We use Yodel , Parcelforce and MyHermes for our deliveries .All of our consignments are tracked. Please note you will not receive a Tracking Number until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and status set to ‘shipped’. Please only try and track your order after you have received an email with informing you your order has been shipped.
Items on customers request,if not available at home at the time of delivery, of leaving the item outside of the house, will be left at customer's own risk ONLY. Company will not be held in any way responsible for its loss or damage.
For IV, PA postcodes channel islands and N. Ireland UK Highlands,(postcodes BT, KA27- KA28, KW, HS, IM, IV, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH17 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE) the delivery charges are £10.47+VAT.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS:
We will deliver anywhere within mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Some areas of Scotland (Highlands) and outlying Islands will require a surcharge to cover the additional postage. Please send an enquiry if you require delivery to these areas before buying. We might be able to send them by recorded post at a cheaper cost for you.
