What is Percale? Percale is a closely woven, plain weave, spun fabric made from both carded and combed yarns and Percale sheeting is the finest available. It gives the fabric a soft, silk-like feel.

    I've been trying to find 100% cotton sheets that are thick and 'crunch' when you use them. I've had mine for many years and they still maintain that lovely starched texture even when not ironed. I saw these and thought I'd try them. They were much thinner than I had expected, so are just standard run of the mill sheets. Oh well..... Can't really complain for the price I suppose

    I had been looking for deep sheets

    I had been looking for deep sheets for some time. Never though I would find anything of this
    quality for such a reasonable price. I have washed prior to use and had to steam iron as usual
    with linen sheets. But I think next wash, weather permitting, I shall drip dry and save myself
    an ironing job. Excellent sheets, excellent delivery. Will definitely be buying from British wholesales again.
