The valance sheet covers 8 inches of the mattress and 14 inches of frill covers the base of the bed.These 200 thread count Fitted sheets are a 100% Cotton. Percale Cotton is closely woven, plain weave, spun fabric made from both carded and combed yarns. Percale sheeting is the finest sheeting available. The high thread count gives the fabric a soft, silk-like feel.  Making this pillowcase super soft and premium luxury.  Suitable for any home or hotel.

    Very reasonable price. Excellent delivery service. Bought these base valance for my B&B. They are adequate for the price I paid for them. Iron very easily after initial wash before using them on the beds. Time will only tell if they stand the test of regular use and washing.
